The Özdöken AÇD V Offset Disc Harrow is a professional tillage machine designed for stubble cultivation, seedbed preparation, and efficient incorporation of crop residues. It delivers excellent soil penetration, uniform cultivation, and reliable performance across a wide range of field conditions.
The AÇD Series is available with 20 to 40 discs, allowing farmers to choose the most suitable configuration for their operational needs. It comes standard with 460 mm boron steel discs, while 510 mm discs are available as an option for deeper cultivation and improved penetration in heavy soils.
The machine features an 18 cm disc spacing, ensuring efficient soil mixing and residue incorporation. An additional guide disc eliminates furrow formation, while carburized scrapers continuously clean the disc surfaces from soil and crop residues, ensuring consistent performance.
A major advantage of the Özdöken AÇD is its forged steel bearing housing with four seals and two bearings, built to European standards for maximum durability and minimal maintenance. An optional hydraulic disc angle adjustment system allows operators to adjust the working angle directly from the tractor.
