The 8 m³ Vertical Feed Mixer Wagon is designed for the efficient preparation and distribution of Total Mixed Ration (TMR) for dairy and beef livestock farms. Built with modern engineering and durable components, the machine delivers fast mixing, uniform feed distribution, and reliable performance in daily farming operations.
The mixer is equipped with a single vertical auger, designed using advanced technology to achieve up to 95% mixing homogeneity. This ensures an even blend of silage, hay, straw, concentrates, minerals, and feed additives while reducing feed particle size through 9 specially designed wear-resistant knives.
With a capacity of 8 m³, the machine can prepare feed for approximately 140–150 cattle. Power is transmitted through a heavy-duty gearbox with one PTO output, operating at 540 rpm, and the mixer requires a tractor with a minimum power of 70 HP (22 kW).
The mixing chamber is built for long-term durability, featuring a 20 mm heavy-duty steel floor and 6 mm reinforced side walls, providing excellent resistance to wear and intensive daily use.
The machine has an overall height of 2,800 mm, increasing to 4,100 mm when equipped with the rear loading bucket. The wheel track width is 2,100 mm, ensuring excellent stability during transport and operation, while the empty weight of 2,670 kg contributes to smooth and balanced performance.
Standard equipment includes a hydraulic unloading conveyor, discharge belt, hydraulic discharge door, hydraulic parking stand, rear loading bucket, and a complete towing and wheel system, making loading, unloading, and transport simple and efficient.
Feed is discharged from the right-hand side, allowing accurate distribution along the feeding aisle. An electronic weighing system is available as an option, and the mixer can be supplied with PTO drive, electric drive, or a combined PTO/electric system, depending on the operational requirements of the farm.
