The 6 m³ Vertical Feed Mixer Wagon with Single-Side Discharge is designed for the preparation and distribution of Total Mixed Ration (TMR) in dairy and beef farms. Equipped with a single vertical auger, the machine achieves up to 95% mixing homogeneity, ensuring that silage, hay, straw, concentrates, minerals, and feed additives are blended into a consistent, high-quality ration.
The auger is fitted with 7 specially designed wear-resistant knives, engineered to reduce feed particle size while maintaining the nutritional quality of the ration. With a 6 m³ capacity, the mixer can prepare feed for approximately 110–120 cattle, making it an ideal solution for small and medium-sized livestock operations.
Power is transmitted through a heavy-duty gearbox with a single PTO output. The machine can be supplied with PTO drive, electric drive, or a combined PTO/electric drive, depending on the farm's operational requirements. It operates at 540 rpm PTO and requires a minimum tractor power of 60 HP (18 kW).
The mixing chamber is built for long-term durability, featuring an 18 mm heavy-duty steel floor and 5 mm reinforced side walls, providing excellent resistance to wear during intensive daily operation.
The machine measures 3,800 mm in length, extending to 5,200 mm with the loading bucket. Its overall height is 2,500 mm, increasing to 3,800 mm with the bucket. The width is 2,800 mm with the discharge belt and 2,600 mm without the belt, while the wheel track width is 2,100 mm. The empty weight is 2,230 kg, and the standard tyre size is 10/75-15.3.
Feed is discharged from the right-hand side through a hydraulic conveyor and discharge belt, complemented by a hydraulic discharge door for smooth and controlled feed distribution. Standard equipment also includes a manual hydraulic parking stand, rear loading bucket, and a towing system with wheels, ensuring convenient operation and transportation. An electronic weighing system is available as an optional feature for precise feed management.
