Technical Specifications
The row crop cultivators are designed for efficient inter-row cultivation of crops such as corn, sunflower, sugar beet, cotton, soybean, and other row-planted crops. The series includes models suitable for 45–50 cm and 70–90 cm row spacing, allowing farmers to select the most appropriate machine for different cropping systems.
Each cultivator is built on a heavy-duty steel frame and equipped with high-strength spring steel tines that effectively remove weeds, loosen the soil, and improve aeration around the root zone without causing excessive soil compaction. This promotes healthier crop development while maintaining the natural soil structure.
Mechanical weed control reduces the need for herbicides, helping lower production costs and supporting environmentally friendly farming practices. Improved soil aeration also enhances water infiltration and nutrient availability, creating optimal growing conditions throughout the season.
The ACM-G models can be equipped with integrated fertilizer application systems, enabling cultivation and fertilizer placement in a single pass. This increases operational efficiency while reducing fuel consumption, labor requirements, and overall field operation costs.
Depending on the model, ACM-G cultivators can be fitted with plastic, metal, stainless steel, or high-capacity fertilizer hoppers to meet the needs of farms of different sizes.
